Online Business for 2002 established the
following: (THERE HAVE BEEN NO ELECTIONS SINCE)
- Mike Leno as chairman for discussion until a President is elected.
- Election guidelines for the 2002-2003 year:
- 1) We elect the following officers:
- President
- Vice-President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- 3 Nominating Committee members
- 2) We temporarily set aside the bylaws provision that calls for election of other officers, empowering the Board of Directors to appoint or recruit people to fill roles as needed.
- 3) We temporarily set aside the bylaws provision that requires that nominees for the office of President shall have previously served on the Board of Directors.
- 4) We temporarily set aside the bylaws provision
that prohibits re-election of officers to the same office.
- Nominating Committee voted in - Les Leno, Giselle Hepker, Heidee Leno, Rick Pummel, & Donna Leno.
- Slate of Officers voted in - Mike Leno: President,
Lonna Leno: Vice President, Marisa Lysinger: Secretary, Elaine Gildersleeve:
Treasurer.
Online Business for 2001 established the
following:
- (After Donnie resigned the Secretary position)Secretary voted in: Marisa Lysinger. (The other Nominees were Estee Pummel and Giselle Hepker, Giselle declined her nomination.)
- All Business will be conducted via the internet. No
paper newsletter will be sent out. Those who have email are responsible for
informing their family members who are without email.
